Last night after we had come home from running some errands, Ken turned on the football game that was on TV. Bryce kept turning the TV off and saying, "Not football. Umi Zoomi." (For those without little kids, Umi Zoomi is a kids show on Nickelodeon that Bryce loves.) This went on for a little while until we could get Bryce distracted enough to stop turning the TV off.
Then a little bit later, Bryce tried to take the remote from Ken and give it to Mommy. He kept saying, "No give remote to Mommy, need Umi Zoomi." He figured there was no way Daddy was changing the channel, so the remote needed to go to Mommy to get what he wanted. It still didn't work.
It looks like Ken may have some work ahead of him to make football fans out of our kids.
